"EORO's A Dream and a Plan for Tomorrow (ADAPT) Program serves incarcerated youth housed on the maximum boys unit of the San Francisco Juvenile Probation Department's, Youth Guidance Center (juvenile hall detention facility). ADAPT conducts a weekly study hall for the young men with the assistance of one-on-one tutoring with volunteer mentors from the community. The ADAPT Study Hall Manager will work closely with the EORO Director of Programs to organize and facilitate weekly study hall programs creating weekly GED study assignments and conducting GED pre-testing. The Study Hall Manager will create and manage student files and support and manage mentors while in study hall."
