"Must have the following: BS degree in aviation-related field. Prior certification as an en route air traffic controller. Satisfactory completion of customer clearance and resume approval processes. Excellent communication skills. Minimum of 3 years previous experience conducting impact assessments and analyses for complex systems. Ability and willingness to travel."
