"Instructors must be able to instruct offered lessons and clinics to both adults and children. Instructors are responsible for the safety of all guests while on shift as safety is the most important factor at the Bladium Rock Wall. Although climbing experience is preferred to fill the position of Rock Wall Instructor, it is not required. Adequate job training is available. They must be self-motivated, conscientious and friendly, easy-going individuals, capable of suiting the needs of both members and non-members while working."
