"The specific duties of the sexton include: Perform janitorial services for the buildings, inspect and pick up trash from the buildings and grounds, make minor repairs, routine inspection of the buildings for maintenance problems, monitor grounds and buildings for security purposes. Conduct security checks each evening to insure gates, doors and windows are secured, contact the San Jose Police as situations warrant and open the church on Sunday mornings. Compensation: Occupancy of the apartment (including utilities and DSL) on the premises."
