"Provide music and direct the choir at service regularly scheduled on Sunday morning. Select appropriate music for each service. Assist the employer in securing a substitute musician in the event that the Minister of Music is unable to attend a regularly scheduled Sunday morning service or other planned event...Provide music and direct the choir at outings to which the choir has been invited to perform, such as concerts, cultural events, etc....Facilitate a minimum of one weekly, two-hour rehearsal with the choir...Compensation: Based on experience (references required)."
