"...Build the capacity of the girls in the community who are interested in fashion designing. You'll pass on your knowledge of modern techniques and develop the girls' practical clothes-making skills. Ideally the girls will have the relevant skills to start their own fashion business or work as designers in well-established fashion firms once they have graduated...You'll need to be a strong-minded self-starter who can motivate a team as well as individuals, with bags of patience. You'll need good communication and mentoring skills to ensure a strong relationship between you and your students."
