Photo Development Specialist
"The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the category management of the photo department. Frequent independent judgments are essential...The associate is responsible for the functions below in addition to other duties as assigned: Analyze sales performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Develop assortment plans by category, camera, film and batteries. Oversee category advertising for film and processing which includes assortment, product mix, sales and gross margins."
