"Under the direction of the Director of Police for the 12th District of the Federal Reserve Bank, the Chief of Police Services of the San Francisco Branch will direct a professional, customer service oriented staff of 50 sworn Federal Reserve Law Enforcement personnel. The Chief must be able to work in a banking environment, understanding that the position requires the candidate to be politically astute in dealing with department heads within the Banking culture. The ideal candidate will have exhibited a career of successful supervisory and managerial experience and success with particular emphasis on dealing with uniformed personnel, and having a proven track record in dealing with federal and local law enforcement and emergency service agencies. Must also have applied fundamentals of supervision, recruit, hire and develop clerical and professional staff, provide honest feedback and employ teamwork/consensus building skills."
