"Individuals will be responsible for First Design prototype patterns as well as finalizing patterns for production. Must be adept at draping and extremely detail-oriented. Must also work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Must have proven experience in working directly with designers. Must be able to instruct sewers in the making of the first sample. Candidates must have a minimum of seven years previous experience in high quality products. Basic knowledge of computerized pattern making a plus, but not required."
