Experience working in a relevant position; group facilitation experience, deep commitment to children and families, sound judgment, sense of humor, ability to establish effective and harmonious working relationships, flexibility, ability to set clear limits, ability to identify key issues in problem solving and implement effective and creative solutions; demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate authority; ability to uphold program and personnel policies...Compensation: $18 to $22/hour DOE."
