"The Rape Crisis Center Director will be responsible for all activities of the Rape Crisis Center, including program development and oversight, administration, supervision and community involvement. S/he will develop sexual assault prevention and support programs; create staff objectives, work plans and performance standards; maintain accurate records of services provided; and oversee all training and educational services, including training for staff, volunteers and community members. The Rape Crisis Center Director will also oversee the budget process, work with an agency grant writer to develop funding proposals and prepare material for flyers, brochures and news releases...Salary: $55,000 to $75,000."
