"Ideal candidate will have geology or related degree. Advanced degree a plus. The field geologist should have 3 to 7 years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II investigations. Preferably also having experience with the Ohio BUSTR program and the Ohio Voluntary Action Program (VAP). The individual must have a current OSHA 40 hour certificate. Drilling and sampling experience a must. An acceptable candidate would have experience installing borings with drilling rigs (air rotary and augers) and direct push methods (i.e., geoprobe) and be capable of monitoring well sampling, using various methods. Strong report writing skills are a must."
