Pizza Maker
"The Big Green Truck, a catering company doing pizza parties from a mobile pizzeria built on an antique truck and featuring a wood-fired oven (see Biggreentruckpizza.com for pics and details) is looking for pizza makers full- or part-time for this season (April-October). We make thin crust, gourmet and traditional pizzas for private parties. Work is outdoors, exhibition style, in front of the guests; no more looking at the same 4 walls day in day out. Work is mostly Friday, Saturday, Sunday -- no problem getting two days off in a row. We serve pizza buffet style -- pizza chefs make whatever they think the crowd wants, creativity a strong plus. Why not get out of the city this summer and have some fun working for a change?"
