Floor Buffer/Carpenter
"Looking for someone to sand and varnish hardwood floor. The area of work consists of a room at 8.5x11 ft., a living room at about 16x16 ft., and a small hallway at about 17 ft. long and 3 ft. wide. You must have the floor machine. The staining materials will be provided. Will pay $125 for the job."
