"Duties: Arrange and direct funerals. Provide goods and services in a caring and professional manner. Answer incoming calls on multi-line system with pleasant phone manners. Perform clerical duties. Assist at services as directed. Handle multiple tasks. Occasional weekend work. Qualifications: Licensed as a Funeral Director in good standing or able to become one. EDRS Trained and registered a plus. High school diploma, preferably with some college. One to three years experience in the funeral industry, or related industry. Knowledgeable in customer service. Understanding of basic accounting principles. Excellent verbal, written, organizational and problem solving skills. Detailed with good follow-through and achiever of daily deadlines."
