Acupuncturist
"Under the supervision of the Senior Acupuncturist, the Hourly Acupuncturist provides acupuncture treatments and assessment of patients during scheduled acupuncture detoxification clinics. Typical duties include: providing an initial screening to determine contraindications to acupuncture treatment; consulting with nursing staff regarding medical screenings; and providing acupuncture treatments (while) adhering to acupuncture protocols. Additional duties include providing all necessary clinical and administrative documentation; preparing the clinic for treatments and restocking supplies as needed; and maintaining acupuncture license and CEU requirements...Minimum 1 year of postgraduate experience as an acupuncturist preferred; Previous experience with substance abuse population desired."
