"We are looking for a part-time Crisis Response Worker who will respond face-to-face to a mental health, emotional or emergency situation associated with or experience by an identified client. This position must be available to arrive at a client's residence or emergency site within one hour after receiving call from the On-Call Administrator. Duties include assessing the situation on a case by case basis; maintaining distinct and structured adult/child boundaries; and working towards agreement/consensus with families and clients to de-escalate volatile situations...Candidates must have crisis intervention experience with children, youth and families. Good oral and written communication skills are required as well as a valid California driver's license."
