The Patternmaker works with minimal supervision making first pattern, grading and making final production patterns, determining product construction in detail and develop measurement specifications. General Job functions: Resolve issues concerning sewing construction and fit in production pattern fitting; Provide suggestions to accomplish proper fit and design, thus ensuring pattern release; Work closely with Field QC to act as liaison between factories and pattern design team; Maintain reference book and pattern standards documentation; Spec garments."
