"Will train to become experienced in hand-dipping candy centers. Certain types of centers have to be dipped by hand, such as nuts, some cream centers, chocolate patties, fruits, etc. Chocolate dippers recognize and apply 'tempered chocolate to the centers to 'complete/ to piece of candy. Task is NOT automated: workers stand or sit as they dip from stainless steel tables and place the finished products on trays, and subsequently, racks for cooling and boxing. Chocolate dipping is becoming a lost art -- learn it, and always have a job! Must have the ability to work well with others, be neat, possess good work ethic and must enjoy chocolate. Will accept trainee. Needs some high school. Salary is $7.60 to $8.25+/hour, negotiable depending on experience."
