"Candidates must be fluent in at least one other language other than English, high school graduates and be willing to commit to working approximately 20 hours/week. Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of NYC, including geography and the public transportation network. Candidates should be outgoing, possess excellent communications skills and enjoy providing assistance to people. The job consists of working at an active information window in Grand Central Terminal, and at indoor and outdoor mobile information kiosks stocked with maps and informational brochures, and responding to inquiries and providing directions to the general public regarding points of interest, retails stores and events. All greeters participate in a paid 2-week training session. Compensation: $10/hour."
