Gas Supply Rep
"Administers natural gas supply and transportation contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms. Monitors pipeline imbalances, buys and/or sells gas as needed to avoid pipeline imbalance penalties. Buys and/or sells spot gas as necessary to manage refinery usage. Tracks Port Arthur storage balances, advises management of opportunities to inject/withdraw gas to optimize storage value, obtains monthly volume requirements (nominations) from refineries and notifies natural gas suppliers and pipelines of monthly volumes and price elections. Prepares and administers RFP process, coordinates execution of supply and transportation and related agreements, works with internal auditing and others to ensure compliance with all reporting/Sarbanes-Oxley rules."
