Drama Therapist
"Job Description: To ensure the delivery of quality mental health care services to patients/family members within the context of structured clinical programs and an interdisciplinary treatment team. Establishes clear goals and objectives for the therapeutic services to be provided within the facility, seeking direction and support from immediate supervisor. Treatment Plans are competently designed and implemented, as evidenced by mock surveys and formal audits, and site reviews. Direct the activities of the Social Work and Activity Therapy Departments. Job Requirements: Nevada LCSW - Masters degree in social work; experience with age-specific inpatient setting preferred. Experience in taking psychosocial history and case management. Knowledge of developmental psychology of adolescent and adults and have the capacity to identify pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical records documentation. Possesses knowledge of clinical issues related to substance abuse patients and their discharge planning. Must have minimum of three years experience working within a counseling position, two of which should be progressive supervisory and administrative role."
