We currently have an opening in our Child Development Center for a Teacher of the Visually Impaired. Job Summary: The Teacher of the Visually Impaired will be responsible for teaching students with vision impairments and multiple disabilities in a self-contained classroom. In addition to teaching, the teacher will supervise teacher aides, write lessons and create and utilize visual adaptations in the Child Development Center. Requirements: Must have a NYS Certification in Blind and Visually Impaired. Experience working with pediatrics preferred. "
