Construction Site Supervisor
"Established New York City Developer and Construction Management firm seeks experienced Construction Site Supervisor. Individual must be highly organized, reliable and well versed with the construction of new buildings and conversions. Responsibilities include management of all on-site activities including trades, site safety and construction sequencing. Practical construction experience required including blueprint reading, layout of critical work, organizing and sequencing of all site work and trades. Work includes maintaining site logs, tracking of permit durations, scheduling of controlled inspections, follow up of RFI effecting work, etc."
