"Installs communicator or provides service calls in the subscriber's home as well as educates subscriber, responder and family members about the system. Must be able to provide 2 workdays a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., flexible with the days. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Installs Lifeline units in a timely fashion. Provides timely, cordial contact with new subscriber for home visits. Connects the Lifeline service to the subscriber's phone line. Performs appropriate tests of the system. Educates the subscriber and family members about system features and benefits. Completes necessary paperwork related to the installation. Provides service calls, including troubleshooting."
