"This is a virtual position, which means you will be working from home but periodically need to visit the main office located in Midtown NYC. At least one training day will take place in the main office. A personal computer is required. Responsibilities: Help to lead and nurture the growth of an online community for teens. Monitor the site to make sure there is no objectionable, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content. Sweep flagged content and determine if appropriate. Compose warning e-mails to members for community infractions and ban users. An interest in teen media and committed to the interests of teenage girls a plus."
