"Advocates is looking for a full-time Crisis Counselor here in Framingham. Join an experienced team serving the psychiatric needs of individuals in crisis from the surrounding communities and those referred by the Department of Mental Health. The population served in this program changes frequently. This position will require the individual to assess appropriateness of referrals, conduct admissions, develop treatment plans, and assess readiness for discharge. Work in a fast paced environment, with competitive benefits. Some experience in the mental health field strongly recommended, training provided. Shifts are in 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., including Saturday.
