Military Program Recruiter

"DUTIES: To contact parents/legal guardians of candidates and offer participation in a Military Youth Program, compile weekly reports while managing and tracking student activity, establish and liaison with community, schools...oversee completion of forms and to ensure that all aspects of student documentation are complete, mentor students on a monthly basis, report on communication between the recruiter and the mentor and decide next programmatic steps. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have bachelor's degree, 3+ years experience within recruitment, counseling, agency/search firm recruitment, Proven success in prior recruitment roles. Advanced understanding and current practice of industry networking, Internet search and research and grassroots recruitment techniques, Strong ability to qualify a role's requirements in detail and match ideal candidate profile, Excellent communication skills, both written correspondence and verbal conversation...Compensation: $40,000+."
