GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Provide information and referrals to crime victims, service providers and the general public. Provide appropriate civil attorney referrals to crime victims, maintain records of types of requests and referrals made, communicate with civil attorney regarding the referrals, maintain database of civil attorneys nationwide. Maintain database by adding new resources and updating existing records.
