Mountain Services Supervisor

skilift.jpg"Our Mountain Operations department is seeking a Mountain Services Supervisor to oversee lift operations staff during summer and winter seasons at the resort. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the recruiting, hiring and training of lift operations personnel. This position will manage staff in the absence of the Mountain Services Manager. Additional responsibilities will include providing daily staff scheduling and assignments and assisting with weekly staff meetings and our workplace safety program. This position plays a critical role in the overall experience of our guests. This year-round position offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental and 401(k). Requirements for this position include experience with lift operations; two years in a supervisory role; and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively to staff and guests. College degree in business management, recreation or similar field preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record a must.
