Literacy Facilitator
"The Weinig Foundation seeks a literacy facilitator to work with its vice-president developing and presenting its innovative teaching program called 'Read a Recipe for Literacy.' This is a p/t position starting in July 2008. The literacy facilitator will assist the program director prepare for and present weekly sessions of the Read a Recipe program. These sessions will meet in (West/North) Palm Beach, Florida, in the afternoon, 2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m., at two beta-sites for the program. The facilitator will present planned activities to the 3rd-5th grade children attending the program at each site. The facilitator should be someone who thinks outside the box, likes working with children and is dedicated to furthering their reading and writing skills. Pay commensurate with experience."
