Door Hanger Manager

"We are seeking a manager to oversee our door to door advertising services in the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The ideal person will have a flexible schedule, as it will be possible to have several jobs one week, none for a couple, then several more - it fluctuates. Responsibilities include meeting with customers to discuss work or picking up flyers, schedule and meet workers, give them the maps you printed and flyers you received, then check up on them at the end of the day. So even though you have people working all day on a project you may only need to be around an hour or so that morning, than that long again that evening. You must be willing to travel around the metroplex if needed, as we can base our operations around where you happen to live - we do not do very small jobs though, so it will always be worth your time. You must be friendly, presentable and comfortable going to meet with business owners, etc. Compensation is negotiable; we can set you up with an hourly pay, plus commissions, but most of our city managers prefer to work from a straight, large commission only basis. This is definitely how the most money is available."
